A classical concert violinist, mathematician and engineer by training, Thanh-Tâm Lê joined EIT
Climate-KIC in 2013 as its Director for France and, since 2016, for the Mediterranean; at European level, he is also leading the developments on Place-based Innovation and Ecosystems.
He had previously set up the Graduate School at Ecole Polytechnique (Doctoral and Master’s Directorates, Careers, Internships & Academic counselling) and become its first Director. Prior experience includes a Ph.D. in 4D topology, followed with positions as Lecturer and Dean at SUPAERO (Toulouse).
